We take great pride in maintaining our villas to the highest standards so that every guest can enjoy a flawless stay. While we understand that accidents may happen, we kindly ask that you treat the property with the same care and respect you would your own home.

• If any damage occurs during your stay, please notify us immediately either by phone or through the Booking.com or Airbnb platform.
• All villas are inspected and inventoried after each stay. Any damages, missing items or unusual wear and tear will be recorded and charged accordingly.
• Should you notice any damage upon your arrival, we kindly ask that you report it right away so that you are not held responsible.
